- 1. Introduction
By accessing our www.dontbetinvest.com website (The “website”) and requesting our services you will be considered as having fully read, understood and agreed to the following Online Services Access Terms and Conditions (The “Terms”).

In these Terms (“we” and ‘us’) means the website owner and (“you” and ‘yours’) means the customer or potential costumer, and (“Service”) means any service proposed by the owner on its website.

You hereby declare that you have legal capacity to consent and agree to the present terms and will be considered as having legal capacity to undertake said acts by completing the online payment process. The upcoming business day following the day of receipt of the total amount of purchased services will be considered as first day of any time-frame for the execution of our obligations. The Services covered by the Terms are all services published on our website and chosen by you. The chosen services you will be receiving are similar to the services stated and published on our website. Thus you hereby acknowledge and accept the content of the services you purchased on our website.
- 5. The Price
All services prices are final and published on our website next to each service. It is understood that said services prices do not include any access whatsoever to events coverage, media or information. Payment must be executed upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the execution of the services and/or cancel the Terms executed between us if the price is not received from you in full. Settlement of all services must be undertaken by following the website instructions only.
- 6. Delivery
We offer to deliver our services electronically via third party companies at prices and terms provided by said companies. We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver our services within five working days as of the first business day following the date of receipt of services prices in full. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date since responsibility of delivery is transferred to third party companies. We will also use reasonable endeavors to provide you with all documents in relation with the purchased services in order for you to follow up on your investments.
- 7. Risks transfer
Risks related to the purchased services always remain yours and will not be transferred to us at any time or for whatsoever reason. All our obligations under the present terms do not guarantee any results thus we are only bound within the limits of due care and diligence.
- 8. Our Warranty
We only guarantee that our services will be rendered based on scientific algorithms, financial knowledge, and processes or set of rules to be followed in calculations and problem-solving operations by qualified personnel. We also guarantee that our services will never be rendered randomly or aimlessly thus risk taken from your side will never be on the basis of the outcome of an unpredictable event similar to betting or gambling.

You shall accept delivery of our services upon their arrival to your designated e-mail address. We will not be liable of the fact that you refused or did not for any reason whatsoever accept delivery of the services, and you will bear alone any responsibility pertaining thereto. You also acknowledge that any e-mail sent from our side might end up in your spam, clutter or folders other than your inbox. You shall inform us promptly of the non-delivery of any expected e-mail.

Should we fail to deliver the services because of force majeure you will have right to a refund excluding any expenses we may have settled.
- 13. Agreement Cancellation & Changes
We will have the right to cancel the present agreement without prior notice should you fail to undertake any of your obligations stated in the present agreement. The agreement will be considered null and canceled should you be purchasing our services to be delivered to any boycotted country by the government of the Republic of Cyprus. We abide by all laws of the Republic of Cyprus regarding the boycott of foreign states and refuse to deal with any of said countries. We reserve the right to change or modify the Terms at our sole discretion provided that the new or modified Terms have been published on our Website. The version of the Terms you agreed to, is the version published on our Website on the date and time of service purchase.
- 14. Designated jurisdictions & Applicable law
These terms of sale will be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the competent courts of Nicosia will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising from these Terms.
